Overview
DBLC Design (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a trade name of Chang & Co Advisory LLC, is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how Facet Model Viewer (“the App”) handles your information.
In short: Facet Model Viewer does not collect, store, track, or transmit any personal data, usage metrics, or telemetry whatsoever.
1. Data Storage & Files
Any 3D models (USDZ, Reality files) imported into the App are stored strictly within the local, sandboxed application directory on your Apple Vision Pro device. We do not operate external servers for file storage, and your models and scene arrangements are never uploaded to our servers or any third parties.
2. Hand Tracking & Spatial Sensors
Facet Model Viewer utilizes visionOS ARKit hand-tracking capabilities solely to enable direct spatial gestures (such as pinch, drag, rotate, scale, and camera navigation).
Hand pose computation occurs entirely on-device in real-time. No camera feeds, spatial scans, skeletal coordinates, or sensor data are ever recorded, saved, or transmitted.
3. Analytics & Third-Party SDKs
The App contains no third-party tracking libraries, advertising trackers, or behavioral analytics SDKs. All crash reports and standard app diagnostics (if opted-in by you) are handled directly by Apple under your visionOS Privacy and Diagnostic settings.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

When you choose to contact us using this website’s support form, your email address, selected subject, and message are sent through Resend to clive@dblcdesign.com so we can respond to your request. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive information. This is separate from the App, which operates on your device.
